Founders P.J. (Patrick) & Laurencia Huck

We founded Transform Leaders to help visionary leaders and world changers to make an impact in their world. Patrick & Laurencia are devoted parents, business owners, ordained ministers and Patrick is a retired decorated Navy veteran. During his 21 year Military Career they served developing the largest Naval Force buildup in history. Patrick was a member of the National Recruiting & Leadership Development Training Team & Laurencia served developing the National Ombudsmen Program developing women leaders. Upon military retirement they served developing an International Christian TV Network and also helped develop several International Christian Organizations. Their passion is to help leaders and organizations define, pursue and achieve their vision, and develop successful strategies that impact lives.
